About us
At Achieve Mindcare, we believe mental health care should be integrative, evidence-based, and deeply human.
Recognizing that no two individuals are the same, we take a personalized, whole-person approach to psychiatric care.

Our purpose

We aim to provide accessible, high-quality mental health treatment that not only addresses symptoms but fosters lasting well-being.
Meet the Founder
Led by Kimberly Carias, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, a double board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner, Achieve Mindcare was founded on the need for a more integrative, human-centered approach to mental health.
With seven years of experience across various psychiatric settings, we combine clinical expertise with a deep commitment to compassionate care.

Your mental health matters—and through evidence-based medicine and holistic practices, we ensure each individual receives the right treatment for their unique needs.
From evaluations and medication management to advanced pharmacogenomic testing, we deliver science-driven care that’s effective, empowering, and genuinely supportive on your path to lasting mental wellness.
